Please read these terms carefully before using our VPS hosting services. Last updated: 1 April 2026.
By placing an order or using any services provided by UKVPSHost Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UKVPSHost Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
We provide virtual private server (VPS) hosting, managed server administration, and related services as described on our website. Service specifications including CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth allocations are as listed on the applicable plan at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with 30 days written notice to affected customers.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate for UK and EU customers. Payment is due upon invoice issuance. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
New VPS hosting orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. This guarantee applies to the initial order only and does not cover renewals, add-on services, domain registrations, or custom configuration fees.
You may cancel your service at any time through the client area or by submitting a support ticket. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee window. We will retain your data for 7 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice if: (a) you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) your account is overdue by more than 7 days; (c) we receive a valid legal order requiring suspension; (d) your use of services poses a risk to our infrastructure or other customers. Where possible, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be legally excluded.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all services provided by UKVPSHost. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:
VPS resources (CPU, RAM, I/O) are dedicated to your instance and not subject to usage limits. Bandwidth is provided as specified in your plan. "Unlimited bandwidth" plans are subject to a fair use threshold of 50 TB/mo; usage beyond this may be reviewed. We do not throttle or shape traffic under normal conditions.
We guarantee 99.95% network and infrastructure uptime for unmanaged VPS plans and 99.99% for managed VPS plans, measured monthly. Uptime is calculated as total minutes in the month minus downtime minutes, divided by total minutes in the month.
The following are excluded from uptime calculations:
| Monthly Uptime | Credit (% of monthly fee) |
|---|---|
| 99.00% - 99.94% | 10% |
| 95.00% - 98.99% | 25% |
| 90.00% - 94.99% | 50% |
| Below 90.00% | 100% |
SLA credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident via a support ticket. Credits are applied to your account balance and cannot be converted to cash.
